Job Summary: Valmar Merchant Services, a leading provider of payment processing solutions to high risk and emerging markets, is seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative to explore and pursue strategic growth initiatives and significantly expand our market presence in the merchant services sector. This role demands an experienced professional with a proven ability to close high-value deals, mentor junior team members, and drive transformative results for Valmar’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead strategic prospecting to secure high-value clients through advanced outreach and networking.
- Forge and nurture enduring client partnerships, delivering tailored, high-impact solutions to complex business challenges.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving market demands to shape and optimize business development initiatives
- Oversee a high-priority sales pipeline, optimizing efficiency and ensuring precision in deal progression.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to design and execute bold, scalable growth strategies.
- Consistently surpass ambitious sales quotas, driving measurable impact on company revenue and market share.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for articulating sophisticated solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding aggressive sales targets in competitive, fast-paced environments.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of sales experience in fintech, merchant services, or related industries preferred.
